I am trying to add a gadget/list on my dashboard of issues/JSM tickets that will be breaching soon.
What JQL query or filter or fields can I use to list these tickets which will be breaching an SLA soon?
You can use remaining() to get a list of requests that will breach within a given time, something like this:
"Time to Resolution" < remaining("1h")
This would return the requests that are about to breach within the next hour.
This worked for me.
