I am unable to create components

Question

I am unable to add a component to any issue.

"Components" doesn't show up in the sidebar.

"Components" doesn't show up in the issue view.

"Components" doesn't show up as a field I can add.

"Components" does show up as a field in the "Default Field Configuration"

For Team Managed Projects, it won't have Components feature nor you can enable it. While in Company Managed Projects you can enable it in Project Settings<Features<Components.

Unfortunately, Team-managed projects (formerly called Next-Gen) do not have components yet. Here is the suggestion to add the feature, which you may watch and/or vote for:
