Our JIRA project contains initiatives that 'relate to' epics/stories in other JIRA projects. In our JIRA plan we want all of these to show in one Dependencies column. However, they are labeled as Blockers instead. Further, some are Blocked By and others as Blocks, even though they use the same relationship to the external project epics/stories. Any help understanding why these two things are happening and how to resolve them is appreciated.
