pin fields in JIRA, how to make persistent?

I've pinned fields and they display as expected. But if I log out and log back in, they are not there. How do I make them persistent?

Hello, Good day. I am unable to reproduce this behaviour on my instance. Even after logout and login, pinned fields persist. Have you tried from different web browser ?
