How do I build an FAQ page in confluence

I need to build an FAQ search page for our customers. I would like to integrate it into our Jira service page and our website. I have an xml file of our current FAQ page content

We've written this article on building FAQs in Confluence. We don't cover your specific use case of adding it to JSM (do you need help with this too?) or depending on your website setup it could display in one way or another.
