Hi @Sathish Kumar welcome to the Atlassian Community!

For company-managed projects, this core feature is enabled by default and can't be disabled. Components are listed in the DEVELOPMENT panel of the sidebar.

Are you using a team-managed project?

Confirm: Components Option is as a field in the issues or as a button in the projects?
