Not able to view the project

Question

Hello, I have accepted the Jira invite and able to login. After login, project is not displayed eventhough it has been assigned to me. I am able to select a plan but tasks are not displayed eventhough other members able to see the tasks(epic, story). can someone help me to resolve the issue?.

Hello @THIRUMURUGAN SIVAJI,

There could be a number of reasons why you can't see the content of a project. Together with your local administrator, you should check for the project at hand:

* Have you been assigned a project role? (Project Lead is not a role!)
* Is that role associated with the viewing permission in the permission scheme that is used by the project?
* Are you included as viewer in the filter share of the board's filter
* Is there an issue security scheme in place on the project that doesn't include your account?

I hope this helps,

Dick
