Bring multiple cloud sites under one Organisation

Anandhi Arumugam _Cprime_

Hello all,

We have a scenario where there are multiple Cloud sites that need to be brought in to the same Organisation.

Example:

abc.atlassian.net

xyz.atlassian.net

ijk.atlassian.net

I would like to bring these both under one Organisation. How do I do this if they have different Strategy for User Management and different set of apps. There is no need to consolidate at this Stage, but would just need to bring them under one org for managing licenses.

Hi @Anandhi Arumugam _Cprime_

You can but there are some things you need to check before doing so.

Are those instances in another org? The user management and all user needs to be moved to the new org. More on that here:

https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/transfer-products-to-another-organization/#Transferproductstoanotherorganization-Transferchecklist

If the Instances are under the same Org (you can check that in admin.atlassian.com)

Then you can merge it using the documentation.

But if they are managed by another Org, then you need to migrate.

This won't be easy, especially with Apps.

There are apps in the marketplace that can help you with this. Use the free trial and test it.

I've found this video, it might help:

Have a great week!
