Why can I no longer see assignee name in automation, only the assignee ID?

Question

Automation used to display the assignee name, now it is just showing assignee id.  This makes it very difficult to add or remove a name from part of a rule as I don't know who it is. The rules is applied against over 75 staff.   Why has this change occurred, and is there anyway to reverse it or a setting to make the ids display as names again.

Not sure why these changes keep happening to reduce usability, when we have no compliance or security reason to hide this type of data.

I have not been able to replicate what you are experiencing in my own environment, but changes are not rolled out to all environments globally simultaneously.

@Nicole Downes did you scroll all the way down in your "IF" clause?  It could be that the users that aren't deleted are all the way at the bottom.

It is not because of deleted users.  There are less names showing today than yesterday.  If I delete a user from the list and add them back then the id is showing, not the name.

Guess I will have to log a support ticket.
