Service Management - We had some technical trouble

Hi All,

Trying to trial Service Management but get an error each time I try to load it:

"We had some technical trouble

We experienced a technical problem while trying to load this page for you."

I've tried Incognito mode and both Chrome and Safari as some other guides have suggested but no look. Currently only on a free plan as trying to evaluate so can't contact Atlassian support direct. Any support would be appreciated.
