Issue with gadget for Dashboard

Question

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget on our JIRA dashboard.

The filter returns 21 issues correctly in the Filter Results and Pie Chart gadgets, but the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget only shows two issues. All gadgets are using the same filter.

Could you please assist in troubleshooting this discrepancy? I have checked the gadget configuration and ensured there are no additional filters applied.

Not sure what could be wrong. A screenshot would be helpful. Also, you could contact Atlassian Support for assistance by creating a ticket.

Be aware that there is better alternative to this Jira gadget. The Pivot Table & Pivot Chart gadget offered by our Great Gadgets app lets you create not only two-dimensional statistics based on issue count as with this Jira gadget; it let's you create multi-dimensional statistics with count, percentages, sums, etc and display them as tables, heatmap tables or charts of various types.
