Reminder rule for status transitions not available in Company-managed SD

Hi,

I am willing to show a reminder to update some specific fields when transitioning statuses in a company-managed SD. However, this option is not showing in the "Rules" section even though it is available when trying with a team-managed SD. What can I do to set up the same reminders? Thanks!
