I can't find html insert on confluence cloud

Hi guys,

Confluence I used at my previous company had HTML in the INSERT function, so I was able to apply custom CSS to each page, but my current company does not have HTML in the INSERT function, perhaps because they are using CONFLUENCE CLOUD.

How can I add it?
