I want to be able to emoji a Slack comment which then adds a comment into a jira ticket the slack channel is linked too.
When trying to add emoji workflow it doesn't allow to add comment only create a ticket or update specific fields
Hi @Callum Wareham ,I recommend checking out the Jira-Slack app here. It simply adds comments when you react to a message with a pin 📌 emoji (or another). If you don't want to use the entire app, you can build your own automation using Jira and Slack integration.
