Is there a Jira feature available that allows for the removal of labels from child issues and the assigning the labels of epics. Beacuse there is no automation rule in the project still this issue is there.

There is not a native Jira function that would be removing labels or adding labels without some sort of manual intervention or automation intervention.
Does the removal/addition correlate to some other activity, such as a status change?
Have you reviewed the history of the issue to see when and by whom the labels are being changed?
