How do you specify longDateTime and a specific timezone for created date/time?

I have an automation rule that is going to send an email and share the time a ticket is created. I would like to use the format of longDateTime, but in the EST timezone.

I have used different versions of the code below to no avail.

{{issue.created.longDateTime.convertToTimeZone("America/New_York")}}

Does anybody know how to specify the longDateTime format in a certain timezone?
