Thank you for walking me through that like a first grader! A lot of the articles seem to be outdated and couldn't find the right parameters.
How would I go about adding more then one word in the "contains" field? For example I would like the rule to trigger if it sees any of the following words: Apple, Banana, orange. I was hoping I could add a comma to separate the words but no dice there. I assume there must be a different way to do it.

For your second question, I think you'd just add on another summary and contains operator for different words but would need to use some if condition to make sure it does it for 1 word or all 3 words.
