Automation cannot add workflow

Question

Good day,

We use Comala Document Management and have several workflows stored in Space settings.

Some pages should have an active workflow, some not. Pages, that should have the desired active workflow, have a special label.

Can I create an automation, that adds the desired workflow to the page when the page is labelled with this special label?

In Rule builder, I see "When: Page labelled" -> "Then: Add an action" -> There are no actions that meets my needs.

Currently, you cannot add a workflow based on labels in Comala Document Management Cloud. This is on our roadmap, but we do not have an ETA. Our support team has helped other users create workflows that operate similarly, so I would suggest contacting them. The link Andy provided below is where they can be reached.

The available actions of a Marketplace app within Automation are controlled by that app vendor.  I would recommend reaching out to the app vendor, Appfire, to see if they have a solution here.  From looking at their listing in marketplace, I think their support portal link is https://appfire.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/11
