Working days not reflecting in Sprint Health Gadget, Burndown Gadget

Hi,

I hope everyone is well. We operate on different working days, specifically from Sunday to Thursday, with our weekend falling on Friday and Saturday. I've configured this in my Scrum Board settings, but I've noticed that it's not reflected in the Burndown Gadget or Sprint Remaining Days. Just to clarify, I've also made these adjustments in Jira Cloud settings. Could you please assist me with this?

I understand that you are looking to solve your problem using Jira's built-in features. However, in some cases, Jira's capabilities may not be sufficient for more complex requests like yours. If you are open to enhancing Jira's functionality, I have a suggestion that may be helpful.

I believe Timepiece - Time in Status for Jira which is developed by my team at OBSS is one of the best tools that you can use to meet your reporting needs with custom working hours. Our application is available for both Jira Cloud and Data Center.

Time in Status mainly allows you to see how much time each issue spent on each status or each assignee.

The application also offers custom calendar support. Calendars can be configured based on your working hours, excluding holidays and non-working hours (even lunch breaks) from the calculation. Time in Status reports can be generated based on your custom calendars. In your case, you can set up two different calendars for each of your shifts.
