Bug with Jira Support ticket - marked as resolved when reopening closed ticket.

Question

I opened a jira support ticket in the ecosystem support. ticket system to join the bug bounty system but it was closed by Atlassian, I then responded saying to reopen but it was marked from Closed  -> Resolved and I am getting no response back. Please can team have a look?

Understood, I've also added an additional tag that is related to the bug bounty program. Also, have you raised a support ticket to the Atlassian via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/?

If not that would be the next step if you don't get the response soon.

Hello @DPK ,

Since you have mentioned that you have signed up for the bug bounty program. Did you apply directly from Atlassian, Hackerone or Bugcrowd?
