How to disable product access of a Provisioned user via API

I have to make user disable for one product like JSM.

I dont want to disable user at Org level or Site level for all products.

Hi Naveen,

I think it should be possible by removing users from the groups that provide access to the products.

* Find the User’s Account ID:

* Use the User Search API to locate the user's accountId.

* Identify Product-Access Groups:

* Determine which groups grant access to specific products (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

* Remove the User from Product Groups:

* Use the Remove User from Group API (https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/api-group-groups/#api-rest-api-3-group-user-delete)
* Replace group-name with the specific product group name and user-account-id with the user's accountId.

It removes the users only for JSM product.
