Portal doesn't open for some Jira users

Hello,

I have created a portal for ticketing and i have sent the link to some people who don't have jira accounts and they can open it. But when some colleagues who have jira user accounts open it, it doesn't open and it shows the following error page:

I don't understand what is the problem and how to solve it please?

Can you check the customer permissions and if the channel access is set to open or restricted
