Cannot create a new project in Jira

poonam_deshpande

When I try to create a new project in Jira, I get following message

"Hmm... we couldn't create your project due to an unknown error. Try refreshing the page to start again."

Jira server version is v8.8.1.

Also Jira and Bitbucket are connected but cannot see Bitbucket projects in Jira.

Atlassian Bitbucket server v5.14.0
