I am trying to import tasks from .csv and getting an error message saying I need a RAG status. Given this is not a field option when creating a task in Jira (at least I can't see it) how can I map this field to stop getting the error.

The image is not loading properly - maybe you would need to reattach the file so that it shows correctly.
Anyway - try checking this post: Display RAG in Jira board maybe this can help resolve the error you are getting.
