After testing out Whiteboards for a while, we are now promoting it further within our company. With a growing user base there come the questions.
Some users found out, that there is a download function. Not for the whole board, but for single/grouped elements. However, this is not mentioned in the user documentation and the button/option doesn't appear in the context menue consistently.
The question is: when do you get the option to download elements?
Note: I am not looking for an export function for the whole board - that has been answered: Solved: Export Whiteboard to Print or PDF (atlassian.com)
