Change customer notification font.

Hi everyone,

 

Was asked to investigate if we are able to change the fonts on the Public comments. So that the customer receives and email with the text in Roboto.

When changing the template this is the result:

 

When creating a public comment I get the following email:

 

Does anyone know why this is happening?
