Add image to Custom Field Description

I have found several previous threads

But I can't seem to get these solutions to work properly within our Cloud instance. I did check permissions but we have the ability to add attachments and there are no permissions dealing with descriptions directly

I am looking to insert an image into the description for a custom field.

Hey Shankara,

Could you please confirm if you're trying to add the image through Jira Software project or Jira Service Management project?
