Using the JIRA Service Desk built-in email processor, what would cause this Error: "FAILURE There was an error reading the body of email message"

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Troubleshooting issues with the email channel

Using the JIRA Service Desk built-in email processor to manage incoming emails in service desk projects, I'm getting the following error message for some pretty simple small emails.  (No I have not reviewed the HTML)

I do have access to the emails, incase they are needed to review.
