"Advanced Filters" used to be in drop down under "Filters" but it now seems I have to go to "View Filters" in order to create a new one.
Hi @Dorothy Callahan - Atlassian did a little bit of rebranding in an effort to make the navigation make more sense. You should see the following two options under Filters:
