How can I remove the Risk summary, Changes, and Incidents tab from change request?

Hi all,

I wanted to remove tabs not used in our change request issue screen. But I can't find where I could disable them. I created my own screen scheme with customised create, edit, and view screens. But still the tabs are visible. We want our change request form to be simple without unnecessary fields.

Hi,

It's possible to disable the tabs.

Project settings >> Change Management >> Risk insights >> Uncheck the boxes.

Did creating customer screen help? I have tried creating a new screen and screen scheme and for some reason it is still there.

I guess I have to create custom screens for our change requests then.
