Am the admin of the JIRA site. When am trying to install XRAY plugin, it asked me to submit the Request. I have sent the request but how to approve the request and access the app?

I referred to that post, there it is mentioned how to reject the request. But i need the process to approve the request. Could you please tell that?
Ideally if you are a site admin you should be able to install apps.
Hi @U Sravani in Jira cloud top menu click on Apps. There you will find a section for "View app requests". Click on the same and see all pending requests. To reject you may click on 3 dots and click reject. To Install click on app details and install trial.

Am trying to install trial version of XRAY plugin. But not able to approve the app request. There is an option to Reject the request but there is no option to approve the request.
If i click on View details its showing "App requested". Please refer attached image.
Can you check with your site admin / Org admin ?

Plus on this one.It appears that only org. admins can approve app requests now.Is that true?
