Automation for Insights - update value and raise issue

Question

Hi team,

I'm trying to create an automation for the assets I have in Insights but am receiving the result : No issues were found, stopping the rule.

The automation is as follows:

> At 9am

> Lookup Objects from Schema "Asset register"

Query "Warranty End" < now()

> And Edit object attributes: Warranty Status = ("Expired")

I would also like to create an issue for each object but am lost as to what to put into the "Summary" and "Description" or if that is even the correct method.

As I am a complete newbie at this I'm guessing I'm missing steps here, any assistance would be appreciated.

thanks for your question. Your starting point looks correct. Might be just a small piece missing. 🙂

Could you please post a screenshot of your rule config? You probably would want to branch on {{lookupObjects}} and for each entry use the create issue action.
