Creation of Confluence Page triggers Jira Software Automation rule

Question

Is it possible to have the creation of a page in Confluence will trigger an automation rule in Jira Software?

I'm wanting to have it that whenever a page is created on a particular Space under a Parent page, a Jira issue is created automatically on a specific Project.

I've seen in Jira where an automation trigger can create a page in Confluence, I'm wanting to do the opposite.
