Is it possible to hide Request Type from Agents portal in Jira cloud. Please can anyone suggest me on this.

When you refer to the agents portal, I assume you mean the standard create issue screen you see when your agents create an issue using Jira's create button instead of the portal?
If so, hiding the request type is currently not supported. There is a feature request for it in the backlog that you can track here: JSDCLOUD-10096.
