Display related issues on other issue

Question

I have an issuetype named Capability, the Capability screen has only Summary to create values (screenshot A).

I have a Single Issue Picker, located on other issuetype (HLR) and reading values from the Capabilities list (screenshot B) .

The HLR issuetype shows the chosen capability (screenshot C).

However when I'm viewing the Capability issue, I can't see the linked HLR (screenshot D).

What do I need to do so that the Capability issuetype will show all linked HLRs?

Try to check, is it possible with Jira Automation to get value from field and add it as Linked Issue. Maybe it will help. Weird variant, but if it works... )

Thank, I know this option but the user can select multiple values / other non-related using it.
