Deletion of tickets

Good morning!

I would like to know if there is any configuration parameter in the Jira Service Management platform so that a ticket is not deleted.

Sure, you can edit the Permission Scheme associated with the project to remove any permissions associated with the Delete Issue option. Go to Project Settings > Permissions while on the project.
