Hide or Block convert to Sub-Task Menu

We use Jira Cloud here in the Company.
We have some users who misinterpret the process of converting subtasks to bug type problems.

Since we don’t have any bug sub-tasks here in the company, I would like to know if there is a way to hide or block the menu from converting into bug-only sub-tasks?
