Need help with brand new JIRA and Confluence

Hello Community Team,

Our Company Kindercare already have a cloud Atlassian account, However we need new account , so that our partners can use it. Could you please help us to create brand new Cloud JIRA and Cloud Confluence.

and FYI - for the new account kindercare will manage payments and owns it.
