I like to find out how to add the topics to the customer portal

I was wondering if anybody can help me with this question, I am trying to add topic page on our helpcenter portal page. I appreciate any help.

Hi @Mustafa Akcadogan ,

First of all, keep in mind that this feature is available only for Premium and Enterprise instances.

Link to the configuration https://[your-jira-instance].atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/settings/portal-reorder

It's available when you open the help center or customer portal, select Customize, choose Edit home page layout and click Create topic.
