Hey Team, I have a project in normal Jira, based on an issue type created on this board, I wanted to create create a Maintainance or a Freeze Window in a service desk project. E.g. * I create a Jira ticket called as "Standard Change" in Jira Software add Date and TIme and relevant details * Once this ticket is created, i wanted trigger Automation into a project in Jira Service Desk that will create the Maintainance Window. I could not find a way to do so, please can you guide me to relevat Documentation. Thanks for your help in advance.

I am unsure what you mean buy maintenance window. What behaviors in your JSM project change during a maintenance window?

I'm also searching for an answer to this! I'm trying to find if "Maintenance window" and "Freeze window" are objects that can be found via JQL but I'm unable to find an answer to this. I'm simply trying to publish these values on a Team Calendar in Confluence...
