Is there any way to run karate test from AIO test itself?

I've written some test scenarios in karate framework. Currently, I'm importing result cucumber json file into AIO cycle tab in order to run those scenarios. I want to know, instead of importing cucumber json file every-time into AIO, is there any other possible way to do this?

AIO Tests exposes APIs to import results to AIO.  In the Karate framework, you can consider implementing a RuntimeHook - afterSuite method and pass the generated cucumber json result using the above API.  [Code samples]

If you are using Jenkins for CI/CD then you can also use AIO Tests Jenkins plugin which can automatically report the cucumber report to the selected cycle as a post build action.
