Jira Cloud App teams doesn't work

Hello everyone,

We are using JIRA Cloud app for Microsoft Teams. When an issue is created on JIRA, it sends a notification to the Microsoft teams channel. Last 4 days, It hasn't been sending notifications. I changed nothing in the integration and configuration. It is still not working.

We have found this to be an issue on the Microsoft side and are waiting for them to have it resolved. The webhooks being sent out from Jira are basically encountering a 400 Error.

We are also in talks with the Microsoft team to get it resolved at the earliest.

Yes, you are right. We receive the messages via chat correctly, the problem is with the messages in the public channels through the connector and hooks.

Hopefully, this should be resolved sooner, as this is impacting SLA (without notifications to the channel)

I've been having this issue for the last week or so, but I was able to get it working again. It seems that all my notifications were turned off, however, I didn't turn them off.

In Teams, uninstall Jira Cloud on the left panel, by right-clicking Jira Cloud and hitting uninstall.
Then, add the Jira Cloud app back by clicking the ellipses, and searching Jira Cloud
Sign into Jira when prompted to, now this is where it says your notifications were turned off (or it did for me)
Click the notifications you'd like to receive

Send yourself a test ticket, and you should start to receive notifications again Screenshot 2023-04-28 093015.png
