Please let us know is jira service desk providing a configuration management database service? if answer is not then we will may leave Jira and move to another software.

how I can add in my current available site, which is I am using already for ITSM

You have to upgrade your plan:

Login to your cloud site
Go to cog > Billing
Click on Manage subscriptions next to JSM
Click Change next to the JSM
Choose Premium

Is there any other option? any free plugin that can be use for assets management?

please guide.
