opsgenie.com alerts - disable

Please help me disable those alerts. I do not want to receive them. Me and anyone in the team.

Hello Anna,

I faced the same issue and here is my two proposals to solve it :

In Project Settings / Features : you can disable Alerts and the work category Incident management if you do not need the related queues.
You can disable the email addresses of your agents in the Opsgenie settings :
- In Project Settings / Features / Alerts, click on the Alerts by Opsgenie link to access to Opsgenie.
- Then go to Settings / People / Users. You will be able to access to each profil of your team.
- Disable the email address of your team member in the Notification tab.
