Taking Automate cloud backup

Hi Community,
We are looking to take auto backup for an interval, Is there any possibility that Atlassian has provided any such feature to take backups automatically?

Is there any add-on supporting such features.?

Thank you for the interest.

Couple of things to address your questions:

* As I mentioned JSM is in beta as of now for us
* Backup of your cloud tenants are taken every 24 hrs automatically
* We also have the functionality for on-demand backup too
* Managing backups and making them searchable is also key from a restore perspective
* As of now you install one app and we can turn on the beta within the same app. Because of how licensing works i.e. licensing for JSW is different from JSM etc.. you would have to install different app's to account for it
* Pricing model is a per user pricing model, as we are a paid via Atlassian app i.e. we are line-item within your Atlassian Bill and we do not have the flexibility to change the licensing meter which is "users"
* As of today you have to install the app in every instance you want to protect, in the future we are thinking of consolidating the operations into one. The challenge is with regards to authentication and authorization. We do not use API tokens (you may want to checkin on the risks of using API key's) rather we are using the Atlassian auth mechanism for connect app's - reference this doc - https://developer.atlassian.com/developer-guide/connect-app-authorization/

It is easy to potentially do a backup, restoring data is very complicated, as you think about the solution you want to put in place, I would urge you to consider on the mechanics of how backed-up data is going to be restored and in managing multiple copies of backed-up data efficiently.

I have a couple of questions before taking a beat to test.

We have multiple JSM products, does would Revyz take auto backups all at once.?

Do we need to install multiple apps for Jira Software and JSM.?

can we have this work across multiple instances?

What is the pricing model?
