How can I create a button with a link embedded in it when creating request types for a project??

Hi community,

I have a service management project and in one of the request, I will like to add a google form link to a request type field called "Google Doc", so when the user clicks the field, it opens the link embedded in the form. Please how can I do it?

Presently I just put the link under a field description called "Google Doc" and that doesnt look clean, the link should not be visible, just "Google Doc"

Thanks for your response. But I am a little lost, do you mean I should add that format when I am creating from the create custom field section? Also what will the field type be? Thank Screenshot (182).png
