Lookup Issue

Hello,

I am doing a lookup issue in automation and I want to email the customer the value returned as a result of the query I made. When I try to send an email, it sends all the data returned from the query. I just want to send records created by the client himself.
I'll be happy if you can help me

I just want to send the information of the records opened by the customers to the customer's own email address.

If you configure a notification in our app Notification Assistant for Jira and then set it to one email per recipient it will do exactly what you're asking for.

Is this for only one client and one email, or is your intention this scheduled rule will send one email for each client's issues (i.e. multiple possible clients)?

* If this is for one, Mikael's idea is a good approach
* If this is for multiple, your rule will need to find and branch over the clients to send each email
