rich filter gadgets really slow

my rich filter dashboards r very slow and needs multiple refresh.

i have a same problem after upgrade to 10.3.7 ,all dashoboards are working very slow

i already raised support ticket ,meanwhile they are asking for all kinds of logs
In the previous version everything worked fine '9.4.9

Isn't there a solution?
