Uncheck the "Notify Followers" checkbox by default when saving a wiki

Question

There are many wikis in our team, and the mail system has been receiving this kind of wiki change notification, covering up many important emails. The most important thing is that the notification email of wiki change is not formal, and it is very convenient for those who need it to check it again.

I know this, I mean, it can be made unchecked by default. Because the general staff will not care about other options when saving, resulting in a large number of such emails updating the wiki
