disable Jira Tab on excel

Question

Hello,

I would like to remove the Jira panel that appears on excel when I open an excel sheet. When I close it, it reopens on next document I open. I don't want Jira nor this tab and the Jira addin is not installed.

How do I proceed??

What worked for me:

* With the problem file open in Excel click 'File' and then 'Info'.
* Click 'Check for Issues' and then 'Inspect Document'.
* Run the 'Inspect' option.
* It should report there are 'Task Pane Add ins' and offer to remove them.
* 'Remove All' and then close.
* Go back to the document, Save and test it.

One option is to save the file as Excel 97-2003, the pane no longer shows and the Jira Cloud in the ribbon turns grey.
